Refund Policy

Everything sold on FuckVideo AI is digital and arrives as soon as your USDT payment is confirmed on the blockchain: credits land on your account and Premium starts at once. For that reason purchases are normally final. We make it right in these cases:

• Your payment went through but nothing arrived. If an hour after the transfer was confirmed you still have no credits or Premium, email [email protected] with the amount and roughly when you sent it. We look the transaction up and either deliver what you bought or send the money back.
• You sent a different amount. A transfer that does not match an order is not lost: we hold it, and on request we credit it to your account or return it.
• You paid twice for one order. The second payment is returned in full.
• A fault on our side stopped you from using what you paid for: we refund the part you could not use, or extend your Premium by the time you lost.

A clip requested in a chat that could not be made is not charged and does not count toward the daily limit; the character tells you so in the chat. Refunds go back in USDT (TRC20) to the address the payment came from, less the network fee, within 7 days of our answer. Credits you have spent and Premium days you have used are not refunded, and neither are accounts closed for breaking the Terms.

Premium is paid once and does not renew, so there is never anything to cancel: when your period ends, your account simply returns to the free plan.
